Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data this website processes, why, on which legal basis, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

1. Who the controller is

Multiportlog Transporte & Logística, headquartered at Rua Amazonas, 49 — Serraria do Rocha, Paranaguá, PR, Brazil. Privacy contact: cotacao@multiportlog.com.br.

2. What this website processes

This is an institutional website. It has no sign-up forms, creates no accounts, and uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. What happens while you browse:

  • Theme preference (light/dark): stored in your own browser (localStorage), without identifying you and without being sent to us.
  • Hosting server access logs (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser): kept for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Locations map: map images are loaded from an external provider (OpenStreetMap or Google Maps), which receives your IP address to deliver them. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. When you contact us

The WhatsApp, e-mail, Google Maps, Instagram and LinkedIn buttons take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Data you send us through those channels (name, phone, e-mail, cargo details) is used only to answer your request or quote. Legal basis: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (art. 7, V).

4. Sharing

We do not sell or transfer personal data. We share only what is necessary with the providers that make the website work (hosting and map), listed above, and when required by law.

5. Retention

Access logs are kept for as long as needed for service security. Data from commercial requests is kept for the duration of the relationship or as required by law.

6. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Write to cotacao@multiportlog.com.br.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
